Hey Yogis! I'm Valina. Welcome to the Circle!

I'm the manifestation enthusiast and energy healing advocate behind Celes Circle.

My intention is to help you find your soul's purpose, heal your energy and build a soul tribe that helps you fulfill your purpose.

Here, we practice yoga for manifestation and explore all sorts of wisdom for self-discovery, energy healing and directing our energies towards fulfilling our life's mission.

Finding Soulful Tribes: My Inner Battle between fear & longing for deeper connections

According to yoga, everything in the universe is connected through energy (Prana). Thus, we can positively affect one another's energy and amplify one anothers' intentions by sharing support or by motivating and inspiring one another. However, to experience such beautiful connections, we must overcome the fear to put ourselves out there and show up as our true selves —not an easy task for someone battling social anxiety. In this article, I share my struggles and how I'm finally overcoming them in 2026.

Much like the yoga practice of non-attachment (Aparigraha), the fall season teaches us to embrace change and release what no longer serves us to make space for new intentions to manifest. If you live in a place where fall brings cooler weather, Ayurveda teaches that this seasonal shift can stir internal imbalances as Mother Earth prepares for hibernation and the importance of supporting our body and mind during this shift, depending on our personal constitution (Prakriti) and curent state of imbalance (Vikriti).
