Unless stated otherwise, website content (e.g., articles, photography, arts, videos) and products are all produced by the Celes Circle Team.
As a reminder, this content is protected under copyright and you are not allowed to reproduce them without my express permission.
The images that are not produced by ourselves are usually under free and open license. Whenever possible, we try to include their contact directly under the relevant image.
2. Content Sharing - Exceptions
You are nonetheless more than welcome to use or share one of the free materials included in this website to promote Celes Circle.
As we work very hard to produce them, we simply ask you to link your readers back to the Celes Circle website or mobile app.
If you want to use the content to promote something else than Celes Circle, please feel free to reach us here.

1. Personal Identifiable Information
When you visit our website, contact us through our contact page or socials or join the Celes Circle's newsletter or app waitlist, we receive data such as your email address, name or social media contact information. We might also receive additional data such as your IP address or country.
When you voluntarily sign up for our newsletters, you can change and edit your information as well as unsubscribe at any time by using the links provided in your welcome e-mail.
When you send us emails or messages, we usually delete them right after we respond or after we read them if they do not require any response.
Please note that this process may take a few weeks.
Therefore, we we encourage you
- not to send us sensitive personal data (e.g., your medical record, financial data);
- and, more generally, not to send us personal information that you do not want to see stored in our inbox in the meantime

The Celes Circle Team only use these information to send you newsletters, updates on our services, information, offers or gifts.

Please note, however that social medias Celes Circle posts on (e.g., Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube) do have their own privacy policies and we don't have control over them. Be sure that you agree with those.

As we do use Google Analytics, we do have access to non personal identifiable data of our visitors (e.g., region).
We only collect them as a whole solely to the purpose of improving our services and content. We don't collect your individual data through Google Analytics.
Cookies may also be placed by Celes Circles' partners when you use one of our affiliate links.
Note though that you can always erase cookies on your browser manually.
5. Personal Data Requests
If you have left personal data on this website (e.g., newsletters' subscriptions, app waitlist, contact page), you can request an exported file of the personal data or request that the Celes Circle team erases any data Celes Circle hold on you by reaching out to us here.
